What we do

At Pilates Plus, we are committed to an integrated approach to physical well-being that shifts the current exercise paradigm to emphasise optimal movement for meaningful, long-term results.

At every stage of the training process we teach our clients that building bodies to move with ease, efficiency and power depends on clear intention about what movement is, where it comes from and how it works.

What we offer

Pilates Plus offers innovative and state of the art personalised Pilates programs tailored to the individual. Our aim is to make Pilates accessible to everyone regardless of age or ability, including rehabilitation, pre/post-natal, elite athletes and dancers – everyone is welcome.

Pilates Equipment classes (including Reformers, Trapeze Table/Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Arc and a multitude of Pilates props) are available six days a week in small groups 4/max or private sessions at our studio in Pennant Hills, Sydney.

Circuit Classes 5/max, utilising different pieces of equipment for each station to ensure a varied and dynamic workout, targeting different areas of the body with emphasis on technique and alignment.

Pilates Private Equipment, Private Mat and Oov Sessions are available on request.

Available six days a week at our studio in Pennant Hills, Sydney.

What is a Full Equipment Pilates Studio?

A studio that is equipped with a comprehensive range of specialised Pilates apparatus (not just Reformers) designed to enhance strength, flexibility, balance and general well-being. The key pieces of Equipment found in a full Pilates Equipment Studio include: Reformer, Trapeze/Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrell, Arcs and more.

Are classes tailored to individual needs and fitness goals?

Absolutely! Our instructors customise sessions addressing your specific needs/goals. Whether it’s building strength, targeting specific muscle groups, flexibility, balance, rehabilitation, pre and post natal, or sport specific, we can help.

Do I need experience or a certain level of fitness to join?

No prior experience or fitness level is necessary. Before commencing a group class, we do initial consultations to design a program specifically for your body and goals, which you will then be guided through in a group class environment with a max of 4/class.

Can I still benefit from Pilates if I have an old injury or physical limitation?

Yes, Pilates is known for its adaptability. Our instructors are trained to modify and accommodate various physical conditions and will alter your program depending how your body feels each time you attend.

Is Pilates suitable for all ages?

Yes, we cater from Seniors to teens.

What should I wear to Pilates?

Comfortable clothes that are easy to move in, such as leggings, track pants, T-shirts, singlets. Short shorts are not recommended.

Do you offer Private Sessions?
