Initial consultation required: An initial consultation is required before commencing Equipment Classes, Duet Sessions or Private Sessions.
Booking & Pricing Conditions
- All sessions are by appointment only.
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations; otherwise, the full class fee will be charged.
- In the event of illness or emergency, a make-up class may be attended, subject to class availability.
- No discounts, refunds or make-up sessions are available for missed sessions for any other reason.
- Class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Pack expiry dates commence from the date of purchase.
Pack Expiry Periods
- 5-class pack: must be used within 2 months.
- 10-class pack: must be used within 4 months.
- 20-class pack: must be used within 7 months.
Student & Pensioner Discount
- A 10% discount is available on 5-, 10- and 20-class packs for students and pensioners. No other discounts apply.
