Jill Mitroo

  • Diploma of Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology

Originally from a background in corporate communications, Jill discovered Pilates as a form of rehabilitation after a serious illness. The mind body connection that Pilates facilitates helped bring her back to wellness, and she felt fitter and stronger than before. Jill was amazed that her core strength and posture were better than when she had attended the gym regularly for more than 20 years. And the back pain and repeated injuries she had experienced for years after childbirth were finally under control.

Jill became a passionate advocate for the powers of Pilates and undertook formal training as a Pilates Instructor. She is keen to use her passion and experience to help clients move and feel better.
